So many opportunities in the coming weeks…
Four separate weeks. Four completely different theatrical worlds. One studio in the heart of Thornton Park that takes the work seriously and the fun even more seriously.
Base Price: $350 per week
Program Hours: Monday -- Friday | 9:00am -- 4:00pm (Extended care available!)
🧟 June 8-13 | It's Alive: A Horror Musical Theater Week
✨ June 15-20 | Myth and Magic: A Musical Theater Week
⏰ June 22-27 | It's About Time: A Theatrical Time Travel Experience
Every week at PaperMap Theater & Co. is its own adventure -- a new theme, a new cast of characters, and a new world built from the ground up. Each day we walk one block to Lake Eola Park for an hour of script exploration, studying landmark works of theater in one of Orlando's most iconic outdoor spaces. Then we come back to the studio and make something real.
And every Friday at 4:00pm, families show up for a 45-minute showcase that is an actual show. Full sound. Full lights. Costumes, props, and set pieces built during the week by the people performing in them.
This is theater camp for performers ages 8-17 who want more than a participation certificate. Small casts. Real roles. Real direction. A show worth watching at the end of every single week.
Four weeks available. Enroll in one or all four. Space is limited.
More (good) drama than your group chat. Guaranteed.

How PaperMap Works:
-
It all begins with a cozy theatrical space focused on safety. Cast members learn, perform scenes, ask questions, try ideas, (sometimes) miss the mark, and try again. 100% support is provided.
Rehearsal happens in person, in the same room, with the same cast. Phones stay away. Attention stays with the work and with one another. With this, confidence grows. Relationships form. And a great show takes shape.
This is how we adventure through theater, together. ✧
-
Roles are auditioned and cast thoughtfully, with care for balance, learning, and the overall experience. Cast sizes are intentionally limited so each performer is supported and challenged.
Cast members learn how individual choices shape the group and the story. They learn responsibility, collaboration, and what it means to show up for others. By the time performances begin, the cast has built something unique together and shares the experience of presenting it as an ensemble.
This feels like a great drama club, with intention, structure, and follow-through.
-
Casts rehearse together over several weeks, building toward a fully staged production. Costumes, lighting, sound, and design elements are explored as part of the rehearsal process, not added at the last minute.
Every production cycle results in unique performances.
Every cast member takes part.
A community for theater.
Creating as a team.
A place where stories take shape through rehearsal, conversation, and shared attention.
Each production forms a new PaperMap Cast and centers on a single title. From the first read-through to opening night, cast members work side by side to explore the story, rehearse scenes, and prepare a fully staged production to share with the audience.
We’d love to welcome you into the next PaperMap Cast.
Your community for theater.
PaperMap Theater & Co. is an invitation to step into a room where stories are made together.
An invitation to join a cast.
To rehearse something real.
To take part in a full production from beginning to end.
Whether someone is brand new to theater or already loves the stage, this is a place to learn, grow, and experience.
